Operating Cost Calculation will include:

• Information on Federal Rebates in effect at that time.
• Information on State Rebates in effect at that time
• Information on Utility Company Rebates in effect at that time
• Weather data for your location
• Utility Rates for your location (you supply the rates)
• If more than own Utility Provider, the web site will include a selection box for the utility.
• The Cooling and Heating load will be calculated using the entered square feet of home and selected insulation / leakage level. 
• Conventional equipment will be compared to the operating cost using top of the line equipment from your manufacturer with typical ground temperatures for your area.
